Alaska

Eyes that glows so dim and rarely

Truth hides behind that’s weary

Piles of rocks to build a wall

But screaming cries to call.

Lost in a labyrinth that has no end

Can rules be forgotten and bent?

This hide and seek she doesn’t want to play

Can someone find her, please do pray.

Masks that tell them lies

That she’s fine with farewell and goodbyes

That nothing seems to break her

But even a stone cracks on pressure.

A decision has been made

Maybe everything fell too late

No more walls, no more hiding

Dark and Light keep on bidding.

A swift more of a finger

Everything ends and doesn’t matter

The end of the labyrinth, finally

No more hiding and now she’s free.
